Housing Project
This project was a housing complex project with a total of 31 units categorized into 5 different types based on the builtup area. Involved from the beginning of the project, I worked with the Project Architect and assisted in all phases of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Design the elevation options based on the prepared floor plans.
- Produce the 3D rendered views of the approved elevation for the purpose of marketing.
- Develop the floor plans for the custom design plots that require customization due to irregular shape of the plots (Plot CD).
- Co-ordinating with the structural design team to finalize the floor plans for the custom design plots.
- Prepare the municipal approval drawings and the detail construction drawings of the custom design plots.
- Prepare the design options for the main gate and staircase railings.
- Design the landscape for the open space in the center of the housing complex.
- Visit the project site for periodic meetings with the site engineers and participate in the field reviews.
