Residence Design

This project required an apartment layout with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining and a kitchen room on each floor. Both the floors had to be connected to the exterior. To fulfill the requirement, two stairs were provided, one internally and one externally. The external stair lead to a semi terrace, which act as a foyer for the upper entrance. An open living room concept with a bar area connected to the external deck on the south was provided. For the elevation, three styles were combined: mediterranean, nepali and modern style as requested by the client.

My responsibilities included the design and development of floor plans, elevations and necessary visualizations and present them to the client.
