Bank Design

This project was prepared for the “corporate office complex” of Sunrise Bank Pvt. Ltd. to accommodate 350 office staffs with necessary facilities within a total built-up area of 37150 sq.ft. The proposed building reflected the modern architecture and correlate its feature with the natural environment. Design was motivated with the concept of five nature based elements for the sustainability. I was one of the team members of this project and assisted in preparing the design proposal to be sent to the client.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare initial conceptual form in order to apply the concept of “function follows form”
• Work with the team in planning the functions and developing form.
• Produce the presentation drawings and 3D rendered views of the project.
• Update the drawings and 3D views following the reviews from the client.
• Prepare the video walkthrough of the project using Lumion.
